Shadow the Hedgehog vs Crash Bandicoot

June 24, 2009

The last Quarter-Final match.

Start Battle 12.

Crash enters the arena, wielding a Bazooka and Shadow shows a sign of fear. Crash fires at Shadow as Shadow anticipates and dodges it with ease. Realising that Crash shot out something that looks like an apple, Shadow laughs it off and shows Crash a real gun. Shadow fires a few rounds at Crash, but Crash manages to deflect them back at Shadow using his Death Tornado. The shots end up entering Shadow’s body and he starts to feel a little weak. He decides to eat the ‘apple thing’ to regain health. However, Shadow has a bad reaction to the Wumpa Fruit and falls unconscious. He wakes up to a red box sitting on his head, which he quickly throws away, barely missing him as it explodes. Shadow slowly gets up and looks around for Crash, appearing to be nowhere in sight. Crash uses his spin attack from behind Shadow, leaving Shadow off balance as Crash jumps onto his shoulders and starts controlling him. Shadow screams in fury as Crash forces Shadow’s gun to Shadow’s head before Shadow blasts Crash off with a Chaos Blast. Being blasted up 1000m high, Crash goes into the bodyslam position, aiming directly at Shadow. As Crash reaches Shadow, Shadow uses Chaos Control to warp them into space, warp himself back to the arena and leave Crash to die of Oxygen loss.

Coins for winning a Club Penguin competition? Boring!

June 20, 2009

Well, that’s what I thought anyway. So I sent this message to the official CP crew.

Dear Club Penguin,

Some people have been around Club Penguin for quite a while, and have played MANY games and earned MANY coins. Because of this, some penguins have surplus coins and the prize of coins doesn’t interest them. I’d just like to suggest giving penguins rare items as prizes instead.

I think this would get many more entries.

Aaaaaand… here’s what I got back!

Hello,

What a great idea! I think that it would be awesome if instead of winning coins, competition winners
could receive rare items. I will be sure to pass your cool idea along into the right hands.

In the meantime, be sure to check out the What’s New blog. BillyBob recently posted some cool
information about what penguin’s favorite music in Club Penguin is:

If you have any further questions, or concerns, let me know as I am here to help.

Sincerely,

So should you ever win a rare item in a Club Penguin contest, you’re welcome.

P.S. The rating thing’s broken on the side, it reset… No, wait… I just don’t know how it works. :P

Ooo… WordPress has a new toy! Better test it out. Apparently it lets people rate posts and stuff. I’ll use this one so you can rate my site. Let’s see… stars or my own thing? I think I’ll use Puffles.

Well, go ahead, rate it. If you can be bothered, explain your rating. Please?

It’s the 2nd widget over there. ———->

Well look at that. I would go on about it but I’ve got an assignment to do at the moment.

Ratchet & Clank in LittleBigPlanet

June 8, 2009

Ratchet & Clank: Awesome

LittleBigPlanet: Awesome

Ratchet & Clank in LittleBigPlanet: Awesome2 (by my calculations Awesome x Awesome = Awesome2)

Well, that’s news straight from the Twitter of Media Molecule to Insomniac Games:

<replies from @mmalex, lbp levells coming, r&c content done, coming soon hopefully, up next for mm, big pack, bigger than mgs even.>

Bigger than the Metal Gear Solid pack! Yes please!

Anyways, because I’m so mature, I made this Ratchet Sackboy.

Ratchet Sackboy

Question: Should I make another Sackboy like this (suggestions), or should I never disgrace the body of a Sackboy ever again?

Gary the Gadget Guy vs Donkey Kong

June 4, 2009

53 comments? I think you guys are getting a bit bored of seeing the same post over and over again. May as well…

Start Battle 11.

G and DK stare at each other, waiting for one of them to make the first move. Realising that G is unequipped and defenseless, he quickly goes to deliver a fatal punch. Expecting it, G throws a spy phone in DK’s face. Startled, DK comes to a stop, laughs at the attempt to hurt him, and winds up a punch. At that moment, the spy phone transforms into a scissor/wrench/comb wielding deathbot. The punch hits the deathbot and doesn’t seem to do much damage. The deathbod proceeds to make wild stabbing motions with the scissors. It manages to make a wound in DK’s shoulder. In pain, DK remembers one of life’s most important rules. Rock beats scissors. Grabbing a nearby rock, DK smashes the scissors into thousands of shards. The deathbot tries to club DK over the head with his wrench, but DK’s iron hard head makes the wrench useless. DK delivers a critical headbutt to the wrench, crunching it up and making it useless. Laughing at the comb, DK gets caught off guard as the deathbot shoves the comb into the scissor wound. Unable to get it out without seriously injuring himself, DK leaves it in and leaves a crushing dint in the deathbot with his thunderous clap. Realising it is out of weapons, the deathbot goes running back to G and transforms back into the spyphone. G knows he can do nothing but wait for the final hit for him to lose. But DK decides to use the Konga Beat instead. As DK bangs on the drums, G can barely stand up, but manages to record the sound on his spyphone. G then transmits the song to the DJ3K and summons it to their location. The DJ3K storms in, and sets down next to G. G quickly finds and equips the headphones, sets the volume to max and lets out the noise of the drums so loud that DK’s eardrums, and the rest of his body explode.
